1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided that the charger has not been installed.
1.2. If the charger has been installed, returns are still accepted; however, installation costs are non-refundable as they constitute a service.
2. Refund Process
2.1. If the charger has not been installed, a refund will be issued minus a £50 administrative fee for order processing.
2.2. If the charger has been installed, only the cost of the charger itself will be refunded, excluding any installation fees.
2.3. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3. Return Conditions
3.1. The charger must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in a re-sellable condition.
3.2. Any damage or missing components may result in deductions from the refund amount.
4. How to Initiate a Return
4.1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details.
4.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
5. Exclusions
5.1. Custom or bespoke orders may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
