Remote Survey

Once you are happy with your quote, you can place your order through our website.

You will then receive your Remote Home Survey link to complete at your convenience.

Install Date

Your order will then be processed and our bookings team will be in touch to arrange your installation date.

We aim to complete all charger installations within 2 weeks of the Remote Survey being completed.

Install Complete!

Your waEV-charge EV charger is now installed and ready to use.

Our Installation.

Our waEV-charge chargers have been designed for a quick & easy install and can be carried out by any qualified electrician when accompanied with our installer guide & phone support. If you purchase our installation service, we aim to have your charger installed in as little as 5 days (standard install < 2 weeks)
Our Aftercare.

Our waEV-charge chargers comes with a 3-year warranty from the day the unit is first used for charging. On new build sites, this is transferred to the home owner once the sale has completed and all warranty and aftercare information is detailed in our welcome pack should they encounter any technical issues.
